Regine Valery, also known as Regine Johnson, 38, of Carle Place, who was employed as an aide for a 92-year-old woman in Sands Point, was arrested by Nassau County police officers following an investigation into the alleged grand larceny.

According to investigators, on Monday, Nov. 11, Valery’s victim’s daughter, who had mailed her mother a package, discovered that the package was redirected to another address and alerted the police.
